Refund and Cancellation
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, that you are displeased with the products delivered due to a damaged product or wrong product, we will replace the product or refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Customers should have an unpacking video in case of replacement/refund after delivery.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders prior to order shipment and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
To cancel the order you have to submit the cancel request within two business days from the date of order, as we usually ship the products within two business days from receiving the order. Once the order is shipped can not be canceled, however can be requested for a refund if the product is damaged.

Refund Policy
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. We usually process the refund within 3-5 business days after the cancellation of the order is approved.
However, in the case of any manufacturing defect/printing defect exchange can be initiated up to 10 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To exchange send back the parcel including the bill to our registered office address Shyama Charan Dey St, College Street, Kolkata, West Bengal 700073 via Indian Post Registered Parcel ONLY within 10 days of receiving the parcel. Please inform us of the tracking ID of the parcel you are sending back to us. We will resend you a new copy after getting back the damaged product.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
