Shipping Rule Details:
- We typically dispatch orders within 1-2 business days upon receipt. Your order will be delivered within 7 working days. For International Orders, Your order may take up to one month in a worst-case scenario.
- Our shipping charges are variable, tailored to the delivery pin code and the weight of the package.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) option is accessible throughout India. For COD orders, an additional fee of Rs. 39 will be incorporated as COD charges on top of the regular shipping fee.
- In instances where we cannot reach you through our verification call, or if the contact number provided is found to be invalid or switched off post placing a “Cash On Delivery” order, MatriBhasa India reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Orders are generally shipped via courier services such as XpressBees, Delhivery, FedEx, or Dotzot, depending on the service availability in your pin code. For remote locations not serviced by these couriers, we employ the Indian Postal Service for dispatching orders.
- For ‘Store Pick Up’ orders, the items must be collected within 1 month from the order date.
